  • BigOven crashes with "Help/Search..."

    I have noticed that any time I go to Help ---> "Search..." in the toolbar, BigOven crashes. I instantly get a message that says "BigOven for Windows has stopped working" and it thinks for a second and then it stops and says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly"...

  • During install on new computer ingredient quantities went crazy

    I recently bought a new computer and installed Big Oven on it and transferred all my recipes to my new computer. As I live in Australia I clicked yes when, during installation, i was asked if I wanted to show recipes in metric. However what that seems to have done is try to make all the existing recipies...

  • Publishing to mobile device

    When I first tested this feature with one "test" recipe, it worked OK. Now that I want to use it for real, it just keeps publishing that test recipe, not my current shopping list and recipes. The list and recipes don't seem to make it to the sync area on my computer; it's not failing...

  • Importing MasterCook mc2 files

    I purchased BigOven online after noting that it will import MasterCook recipes. When I opened the import tool it only allows for MX2 and MXp file imports. How do I import my mc2 files?

  • Office 2007 crashing...

    I am running Vista and Office 2007 and have noticed that immediatley after installing BigOven my PowerPoint and Office application crash every time I close them. Is there an app compat issue? Thanks.

  • Scroll Arrow Crashes Big Oven EVERY time, help?!

    When I am in edit mode in the ingredients window, if I click on either the up-arrow or the down-arrow I crash the program EVERY time. However, is I use the scroll slider it doesn't crash. I am using Windows Vista. What's happening here?
